Great Spring Break so farrrr! I learned to do something today that I've always wanted to know....how to ski! I realize that I'm like 10 years behind the learning curve on that one (literally. i feel like everyone at my school knows how to ski and my 10 year old brother knows how to do it now too) but now I'm finally allowed to be part of that super cool skier club....right? Skis are actually a lot heavier than I expected them to be. I'm not really sure why I honestly expected them to weigh the same as a feather but I was pretty surprised. Another thing I was not surprised about though is how incredibly unwieldy those things are. Like obviously, you would get used to them but still haha
Also I finally got to watch one of my favorite musicals of all time...The Producers. This is literally laugh out loud hilarious and if you haven't seen it yet, then stop reading this post and go do that. NOW. It's the story of how these 2 guys set out to make the worst musical of all time in order to cheat the system and try to make some money. The musical in the movie is called Springtime for Hitler and if that's not sure to be a flop, I don't know what is. Of course, the musical is a total hit and everyone in New York City loves it and they get in oodles of trouble and it's amazing. I have a bunch more movies that I want to watch while I'm home on break so I plan to spend a lot of time in bed with stove-popped popcorn. YUM!
